As your Exclusive Sellers Agent my system in selling your property will start with the following process;
1. I need to personally visit and inspect your property for purposes of having it appraise. To determine on how much is the possible fair market selling price of the property based on my understanding on the present market trend in relation to other property of similar nature already in the market and also to those already sold.
2. After I have personally inspected your property I will give you my appraisal report based on my evaluation with a recommendation that this would be the supposed selling price although I understand you have already a selling price in mind.
3. After having an agreement with you on the selling price, I will then include your property in my daily sunstar newspaper publication of for sale properties. Aside from the newspaper publication I will also post in my website www.davaorealtor.com your property for a wider public exposure.
4. I will also include your property in my networking with other realtors and real estate agents.
5. I will also prepare a PDF write up of your property with pictures that I will be sending to all my prospect clients in my circle of influence through direct mail or email.
6. In the event of sale, I am asking a five percent (5%) commission based on the closed price as compensation of my effort in finding a buyer of your property.
